Overview

Grenada's Citizenship by Investment Programme is the only Caribbean programme whose citizens can apply for the United States E-2 Treaty Investor visa, making it the first choice for investors with business plans in America. Investors qualify through a US$235,000 contribution to the National Transformation Fund (NTF), covering a family of four, or through approved real estate from US$270,000 (fractional) or US$350,000 (sole ownership), held for five years.

Applications are processed by the Investment Migration Agency in around 6 months. Grenada is also unique in allowing unmarried siblings to be included.
