Overview

St Lucia offers the widest choice of investment routes in the Caribbean, including a fully refundable government bond. Investors can contribute US$240,000 to the National Economic Fund (NEF) for a family of up to four, buy US$300,000 of National Action Bonds (refunded after five years), invest US$300,000 in approved real estate, or take part in an approved enterprise project from US$250,000.

Applications are processed by the Citizenship by Investment Unit in around 10 months. Citizenship is for life, with no requirement to live in St Lucia.
