Not an official government website

Citizenship Shop is a private company. We are not a government body, and no government has endorsed the Site. We are licensed partners for the citizenship and residence by investment programs we offer, and we work closely with government-authorised agents, approved property developers, fund managers, banks and government units. However, only the relevant government authority sets each program’s rules, fees and forms, and only that authority makes decisions on applications. Official program information and forms are available from those authorities free of charge.

General information only

Content on the Site is general information about investment migration programs. It is not legal, tax, immigration, investment or financial advice, and it does not take your personal circumstances into account. Before you invest or apply, speak to a qualified lawyer, tax adviser or financial adviser in the relevant jurisdictions. We do not recommend any particular investment product, and nothing on the Site is an offer to sell securities or any other regulated financial product.

Prices, fees and program changes

Governments change investment thresholds, fees, eligibility rules, processing times and visa waiver access often, sometimes without notice, and some programs are suspended or closed. Figures on the Site are shown in good faith at the date of publication:

• A price marked “starting from” is the lowest qualifying route. It usually depends on a condition, such as a specific region, investment type, family size or limited-time offer.
• Government fees, due diligence fees, professional fees, taxes and third-party costs vary with your route and family composition. We confirm them in a written quote before you commit.
• Cost calculator results are estimates for guidance. They are not quotes.
• Visa waiver counts and passport rankings come from third-party indexes and change over time. Entry rules are set by each destination country.

Each government decides every application at its own discretion, after its own due diligence. We cannot guarantee that an application will be approved, that it will be decided within a particular time, or that a program will remain available.
