Delete your Citizenship Shop account
You can delete your account at any time, on this page, in your client dashboard, or in the Citizenship Shop app under Account → Delete account.
- Accounts without orders are deleted immediately, together with your name, email address, phone number and sign-in details.
- Accounts with orders: we delete your account and personal data once the law allows. Order, payment and due diligence records must be kept for anti-money-laundering, accounting and tax purposes, generally for 8 years after our relationship ends. An advisor confirms by email once your data has been removed.
