Overview

The UAE Golden Visa is a 10-year renewable residence visa for investors who hold at least AED 2 million in UAE real estate (including approved off-plan property), in an approved investment fund, or in company capital. Holders live, work and do business in Dubai, Abu Dhabi or any emirate, with no personal income tax.

Approvals typically take 1–2 months, and unlike ordinary UAE residence visas, the Golden Visa remains valid however long you stay abroad.
