Malta offers EU citizenship rich and wealthy investors and families under the Malta Individual Investor Program (MIIP). Investors can apply for citizenship under the investment routes through property rental or purchase in Malta. A permanent address is required in Malta to become a citizen of Malta for five years under the investment program.
