How the Dominica costs are calculated

  • EDF donation: US$200,000 for a single applicant and US$250,000 for a family of up to 4. Each further dependant adds US$25,000 (under 18) or US$40,000 (18 and over).
  • Real estate: at least US$200,000 in an approved project, plus a government fee of US$75,000 (main applicant alone) or US$100,000 (with up to 3 dependants), and US$25,000 (under 18) or US$40,000 (18 and over) for each further dependant.
  • Due diligence: US$7,500 for the main applicant and US$4,000 per dependant aged 16 and over.
  • Processing fee: US$1,000 per application. Certificate of naturalisation: US$500 per person. Interview: US$1,000 per person aged 16 and over.
