How the Grenada costs are calculated

  • NTF donation: US$235,000 for the main applicant, spouse and children, up to 4 people. Each further spouse or child dependant adds US$25,000.
  • Parents, grandparents and siblings add US$75,000 each, at any age and whatever the family size.
  • Real estate: US$270,000 (shared ownership) or US$350,000 (sole ownership) in an approved project, plus a US$50,000 government fee covering the main applicant, spouse and children up to 4 people, with the same additions for larger families, parents, grandparents and siblings.
  • Application fee: US$1,500 per person.
  • Due diligence: US$5,000 per person aged 17 and over; no fee for children 16 and under.
  • Processing fee: US$1,500 per person aged 17 and over and US$500 per person under 17.
  • Interview: US$1,000 per person aged 17 and over.
