How the Nauru costs are calculated

  • Contribution: US$90,000 for the principal applicant under the limited-time offer for applications filed by 31 December 2026 (standard price US$105,000), plus US$2,000 for each dependant aged 16 and over; children under 16 add nothing. Each sibling of the applicant or spouse adds US$15,000.
  • Application fee: US$5,000 for the principal applicant and US$2,000 per dependant.
  • Due diligence: US$6,000 for the principal applicant and US$3,000 per dependant aged 16 and over.
  • Bank due diligence and transaction charges: US$1,200 (applicant alone), US$1,700 (with up to 3 dependants) or US$2,200 (4 or more dependants).
  • Passport: US$500 per person.
