How the Saint Lucia costs are calculated

  • NEF donation: US$240,000 covers the main applicant and up to 3 dependants. Each further dependant adds US$10,000 (under 18) or US$20,000 (18 and over).
  • National Action Bonds: US$300,000 in non-interest-bearing bonds held for 5 years, plus a non-refundable US$50,000 administration fee, whatever the family size.
  • Approved real estate: at least US$300,000 in an approved project, plus an administration fee of US$30,000 (applicant alone), US$45,000 (with spouse), and US$5,000 per dependant under 18 or US$10,000 per dependant 18 and over.
  • Processing fee: US$2,000 for the main applicant and US$1,000 per dependant.
  • Due diligence (everyone 16 and over): US$8,000 for the main applicant and US$5,000 per dependant.
