How the Antigua and Barbuda costs are calculated

  • NDF donation: US$230,000 for any family size.
  • UWI Fund: US$260,000 with government processing fees included – only open to families of 6 or more.
  • Approved real estate: at least US$300,000 in an approved development.
  • Government processing fee (NDF and real estate): US$10,000 for a single applicant, US$20,000 for a family of up to 4, plus US$10,000 for each further person.
  • Due diligence: US$8,500 main applicant, US$5,000 spouse, US$4,000 per dependant 18 and over, US$2,000 per dependant aged 12–17; no fee under 12.
  • Passport: US$300 per person.
